Our community farm

Discover the heart of the Tuscan countryside, with its vineyards, vegetable patches and animals, at our community farm. The farm is run by Palagina’s staff working alongside young people from the charity Fondazione ODA.

“Il ristoro con Burde” restaurant is located in the “Limonaia” (orangery) of the historic house. Our collaboration with the iconic Florentine restaurant Da Burde will take you on a journey of discovery of traditional Tuscan cuisine.
